Its a little lame, but I liked it- especially the first two lines.

    dotsFirst Timedots

    In one swoop,
    But not effortless,
    A laundry list of emotions
Seem to pour out of me,
    For the first time.

Now they are not welled up inside-
    But on display for everyone
    Letting myself be free.
    Free to express without apprehension,
    For the first time.

    Cannot believe all this honesty
    That Iím projecting.
    For the first time-
    For the very first time
    I am somewhat content.

I liked it. At first I thought I was about to read about someone's "first time". That seems to be a favored topic. But this was a new approach. It was different and unique. Props to you for using your own mind instead of everyone elses.

      "In one swoop,

    A laundry list of emotions
Seem to pour out of me,
For the first time"...awesome. I loved this stanza. Modern, yet filled with age-old emotions. Sensitive, yet not boring :)

    Very well expressed poem!
