Its a little lame, but I liked it- especially the first two lines.

First Time dots

-------------------------------------------

In one swoop,
But not effortless,
A laundry list of emotions
Seem to pour out of me,
For the first time.

Now they are not welled up inside-
But on display for everyone
Letting myself be free.
Free to express without apprehension,
For the first time.

Cannot believe all this honesty
That I’m projecting.
For the first time-
For the very first time
I am somewhat content.

  I liked it. At first I thought I was about to read about someone's "first time". That seems to be a favored topic. But this was a new approach. It was different and unique. Props to you for using your own mind instead of everyone elses.

  Nice, very expressive! However kinda forced myself to read on but over-all I give it 2 1/2 ** stars! Planning to read more of your poetry hopefully I can relate to one or two of them peace & stay safe...
