my days were masked by dark clouds,
but than,
just like the sun,
you brightened my days,
you made me feel as if there was something to live for
you are always by myside
through the bad times and the good
when you were going through bad times,
i let you cry on my shoulder,
and when i needed reasurance that i should not slice my wrist
you were there for me.
when everyone else left me behind as they excelled in life,
you stayed with me.
i may never know why you choose to stay.
but i must say i am gateful for you
without you i may be dead.
you are the best friend i could ever ask for.
and i hope we stay just the way we are until the end of time.
