Drop the bottle and walk away,
no way in hell I'll let you stay.
I refuse to watch you waste away,
all because you didn't know what to say.

Didn't know how to put up a fight,
fight for what you knew was right.
    Alcohol gets you nowhere,
    can't you see?

Don't let yourself become a statistic,
don't give in to everything your against.
So put that bottle and take my hand,
in my car is where you should land.

Taking control of a drunk person for their own sake. Wish I could have done that, but instead I watched someone I loved get drunk time and time again. Maybe If I was bolder I would have spoken up, and then I wouldn't have to go home in fear of running off the road...And maybe I wouldn't have gotten hurt over and over again...Again very nice job!
