InToxiCated

Confused and lost
Yet Lost in You
Lost and confused as dilutions
Start to make there way thru
Intoxicated, trapped and lost
Intoxicated ,Lost and trapped
Caught within this bliss
Caught in the moment
The future the Past all Swirling and curving
Every angle possible every Contour Immaculate
Intoxicated Feeling truth from within
Intoxicated Trust Filling me within
Myself my world my thoughts and Dreams
Perfect in a sense
My whole entire Being
Intoxicated
By this sensation of love , trust ,belonging, and perfect being
In a Sense of so much simplicity
Now it all Makes sense
Intoxicated…
By this sense of being Lost Yet Found
I am Happy
I am Content
Intoxicated on this
My world-My soul-My being
Simply Intoxicated..
On this Feeling…

well when you wrote this i'm not sure thats exactly what you were intoxicated on lol anyways i think more people should be intoxicated when they write, because look how neat this one turned out. all these feelings and visions all come together and this seems so complete. like it took you that long to realize you were content being intoxicated by that feeling. well done

My, my, my...isnt the feeling of intoxication becoming evident in how clear this write is to the unintoxicated. I bet if you come back tomorrow and read this again you are gonna say..."Man, I laid down some pretty heavy shee-at in this piece." And thats some cool talent. I liked this one Chris and think you did a good job in putting together feelings and emotions of intoxications that can cross over into the sober world. Good job. Have a good one and keep smilin'

I liked this a lot, simple and to the point, but also has a humbling feel to it. The only thing I would point out is the line "My world-My soul-My being". It's overused to use these three together in this context, but then again, I'm a bit of a originality whore and most of the time these things don't need changing in other peoples eyes. ^.^
Anyway, thanks for a good read, I'll be sure to check back some time.

This was an enjoyable write. I to, frequently write while the blood mingles with the booze. As a matter of fact I'm about to take my first swig. Good piece though, it flowed well and use of words was good. But above all, it was felt, and in my opinion, getting a feeling from a write is the reason why the write was written. Nice work.
