    Description:
The poem's not really about anything just something I thought of while I was polishing my sword. I guess you can put this one under the catagory of disease, and death.

    -------------------------------------------

    With this blade of immortality,
I shall rise above the fallen,
And I shall kiss this blade,
    Letting it cut my lips,
    Just along its frowning tips,

But as my blood falls on the world’s tombstone,
    Its stone cracks will heal,
Showing me the words once said to me,
    “This world doesn’t understand,
    Something as beautiful as death,”

    One rose for every death,
    And two for every suicide,
Just enough to keep the dead satisfied,
But how long will the garden of redemption continue to grow?

    Care for every child,
    Hope for every sickness,
Let them suck the blood from their thumbs,
    To ease their nervousness,
    How bad can happiness be?

I’ll set fire to this grave yard,
To stop the burning sensation of death,
And with one strike of a match,
The dead will not soon be forgotten,
While they whisper a message to the passing wind,
“Though the world does not understand beauty,
    It understands sadness.”

I have thought of writers and how they come to write but I never understood it or how they think? This is a great story and could be a start of a great book?
Thanks ever so much for sharing your talent!

Well I really dont like reading death poems. My son also writes about death. I quess I read them to feel the flow. Yours seems to have a good flow. But it did give me a sick feeling inside. Maybe that is what its suppose to do. I dont know.
    God Bless
