    dotsEVER AFTERdots

There was a night not long ago
    When two souls were forged
Two images carved from the same sacred stone
    Where does the freedom go
    Once we were not ashamed
    We swam amongst them
    Only water to cover us
    We shared each others taste
    I was yours,
    No need to be gentle
We still fit that way though
    But its not the same
    Now I am fragile
    Your hands are careful
    Your words planned
    11 years
    I am still your angel

great ending line. It left me with a powerful sense of longing and compassion. It was a bit rough in the beginning, but as the piece progressed I could really sense the emotion within the words. Solid work.
