feeling your heart was broken

making you feel that every where you turn
rumors bout you begin to brew

who was supposed to back you up
but let you down

in a big-ass town
Well I’ve been hurt
and really bad too
I mean, I loved this girl
I though we were cool
but apparently not
since she could go around town
making me look bad
putting me down
Well I guess that just shows you
to guard your heart well
because some people could just sneak in
and put you through hell
So this is to you all who've been betrayed
by the one who you thought was your best friend
be careful cos you might end up heart broken
and just like me in the end.
I think all of us can relate to this at some point in your life. I know I have been betrayed at least ten times. thats just the way life goes. you learn from it and move on making sure that you don't do the same thing to someone else. good poem though
Good write & at your age - if that's Hell. I don't agree it's immature because you are 14. Just that you write like this at your age is mature. There will be plenty of love, love lost, & hopefully poetry. I think the abbreviations are the main downfall of this. It's very repetitive as well, and rather immature, however it does send me back to really horrid moments when I was a teen so there's something right!
