Description: Its a little actually allot..ok it is blatently obvious in some points about the rose, but the hidden meanings are a little deeper. Overall a simple poem unless you know the person its about.
[In loving memory of Jeremy C. Adams]
my high -------------------------------------------
He praises the roses thorn and calls it beauty
The regret of love
Falling for the misleading scent
The truth is in the pain
Hidden in the honest thorn
Only doing its job
To hurt you is to teach
Love only leads away
Passion in a red silence in a white
Give your lover roses
If you may only love true love
Give them roses when they’re dead
Pick a rose
Bleed your sorrow to its petals and say
That innocence has a price.
