       I was strong, everybody's "advice giver", now I'm weak, I need the advice...I'm in-love!

    dotsA Pebble In Your Handdots

    Everything I am about
and everything I am known for
    is thrown out the window
    when I am with you.
All of my bravery and strength
is too far out of reach
    when you're around.
    Always able to speak of
    whatever is on my mind,
    is just not possible
    when I'm talking to you.
You've found a way around my wall,
a way to weaken my strength,
and I'm no loner the rock I have been
    for so long,
but a pebble in you hand.
    Now I lay,
    vulnerable in your palm,
your grasp on my heart is so firm.
    I'm in a place
where I swore I'd never be again,
a place where my heart can be crushed.
I'm in the hands of a man,
    your hands.
    You've managed to catch me
and I fear that one day
    you'll let go.
    Please be gentle,
    for I'm no longer protected,
    as I lay,
a small pebble in your hand.

I really liked this poem and i like how you are comparing it to a pebble in the person's hand. I know how you're feeling and i think everyone knows what you are, you just have to try to love like you've never been hurt before as hard as that is to do. Good work and Good luck
