Description:

This truly is my dream. Tolkien- yup, all credits to him. The Hobbit and The lord of the rings---- they inspired me to write this poem. I hope everyone of you like it.

My Dream

Of meadows afar
Of People queer
Of languages unknown
-I dream

Of caverns deep
Of civilizations wise
Of rivers swift
And of trees evergreen
-I dream

Of elegant princesses
Of clever creatures
Of times adventurous
Of journeys endless
-I dream

I shall travel to quench my thirst and fulfill
-my dream
Till my very last days, i shall travel on
until every thing I have seen!

I like the flow and the theme you had. As people, we tend to stay stuck in our own little worlds. Never to venture out into the world. Very good :)

That's an interesting thing to get inspiration from, but it's outcome was good so who cares. I like the true feelings put into this poem. A lot of other people are just writing the same old depressing things. I enjoyed this a lot. Thanks for a great read.

This is incredible, obaid. I'm really liking your work...so much thought and emotion...and we all at some point have dream like that, to see the land of Tolkein...lol..

Keep it up!

Hehehe, I've read this one before. But I think it would have been better if you put "I dream" at the beginning of every stanza instead of the last.
