Rather short. Don't get me wrong - I love short poems. But then it also makes it more of a challenge to complete a thought or expression in verse.
The use of 'both' is somewhat peculiar as nothing follows that both would refer to and yet when you look back at the second to the last line - is it referring to both dusk and dawn.... Just a thought.
