    dotsA Study on Sorrowdots
    -------------------------------------------

    You cry for whatever reason,
you know that if you wanted
you could stop this very instant.
    But you donít.
    You cry so long
that every once in a while
    you have to remind yourself
    why you are crying.
    Your head throbs;
    You feel faint,
    dizzy from despair.
    nobody can comfort you
    but yourself.
    A sadness that blocks out
    all thought.
    A wave of emotion
    that makes you want to
    scream,
slam your head against the wall,
    do something violent.
    But you know,
    that if you do,
    Things will just get worse.
    What seems like a lifetime
    of depression
    ends when youíre
    down to your last tissue,
and thereís nothing left to do.
    But get over it.

This is very straightforward about depression - that's the bottom line - Get over it - but sometimes it's not that easy. I think it's good to be reminded that sometimes it's a state we create in ourselves and those who suffer from depression need to work to change - the Love and acceptance of self and the divine within.
    Good!

"and there's nothing to do but get over it" So blunt and clear cut. You define, explain, entrance, insinuate, teach, and connotate all at once. You decide what's important and that's what happens.
This poem is indispensible to anyone that wants to sit in a state of despair, and give up.
