    dotsBetween Some Linesdots
    -------------------------------------------

    Falling over seats
    and under
    and between
we dance politely around an accusation
(which is not so much fact
    as urban legend)
    I deny it profusely
and end up looking more confounded
    than before
    because-I-cheated-at-Candyland
    and don’t remember how to
    wait my turn
    and play within the lines.

Comfort zones are good and fine
    but your intentions are becoming
less and less lucid—as are your arguments—
    I can only slather
a few weak excuses for why I need you
    this moment
    this second,
    we grasp at short straws
    for figurative contact

I like this piece, it much my style. I think anyone who can think outside the box, and express those thoughts well is talented.

Be kind, take a few minutes to review the hard work of others <3
It means a lot to them, as it does to you.
