Description: This piece is about my struggle with time and it scarring me inside. Then I found someone whom I love to this very moment, that someone helped heal a lot of cracks.
Mending of Sifting -------------------------------------------
There is a window which is hidden
deep in my head.
From time to time, light sifts through,
and the light rays dance among the shadows.
The rays heal slowly and mend my wounded mind.
Sometimes, I feel that time has put cracks
in my window, that which distort my rays.
Shadows grow and tears fall, my rays fade away.
I have found someone who is mending my window.
The rays slowly return.
I smile.
There is a window that which is hidden
deep in my head.
From time to time, light sifts through.
I love your poems, they just seem to flow so well together but they don't sacrifice any of the depth and style that some seem to do. A poem is not a summary, its another way of expressing and yours do that so beautifully. I am guessing that finding someone mending your window you mean someone you have come to care about helping you deal with bad memories? Tell me if I am off, I didn't really understand that part.
wow! tis an imaginary window...but lets pause 4 a minute, can d cracks in d window distort or help multiply d rays? why again d talk of shadow when i suppose d window is opened? well poetic justice frees u from my qsts...fine poem anyway, like d concept, more grills 2 ur mill
