    Some where in me they say
    there is anger kept at bay.
    Then where is it?
    I dont feel it...

    Start with a growl...
    "grrr"
    and....
    "GRRRRR...."
    and
    "GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRROAAAARRRRRRRRRR."

    So I tapped the anger.
    Yes I can produce it at will.
    Thanks for that!

    And...?

    Well where is it stored?

    In my shoulders
    the anger holders.
    Hulking with sulking.
    GRRRRRRRRRROAAAAR!

    What colour is it?

    Red, dark red.
    Compacted red.
    Squeezed, squashed,
    tight, knotted,
    compounded
    tense
    locked

    hidden

    controlled

    Volcanic

    And the pressure?

    Building
    inevitable
    growing
    fuming

    breath and roar.
    GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRROOOOOAAAAAR!!
    Get your angries out.

    Release and let it go.

      scary! lol, good stuff, made me notice the tension in my shoulders so I stepped out on the stoop and let out a great big GRRRRRRRRRROOOOOAAARRRR! probably scared the neighbors half to death, oh well, your right, it's good to get the angries out, thanks much for the therapy, cheap too :D

      I like that. It's original. I thought the way you asked questions and answered them was cool. My favorite part was the part about the colour. Red is so pretty and descriptive. I hope all the "GRRRRRRRRRROAAAAR!"ing made you feel better Great job

      I reckon I have some hidden rage and tension about something somewhere. Is this that primal therapy thing I've heard about, sounds a bit strange but hey live and let live, whatever floats your boat. Seems you have captured your feelings and thoughts about this quite well in a practical (for want of a better word) sense.
    Did you feel better after letting rip with the vocals?

      The groar was quite bold. The wording made me giggle... it seemed like an older poem... especially with the usage of the phrase Angries, it was cute.
