    Lady Babylon:
    Beautiful and vicious
    See the huddling masses
Miss Mystery has them by their privates
    Harlot invasion, whoredom persuasion
False religion: adultery of the spirit
What blasphemy is this that you can shine so clearly,
yet carry poison in a goblet the size of this earth?
    Destruction, obstruction, corruption and failure
    Exotic days of moronic excitement
Ignore the Word no longer you cowards!
This living truth is for all...

Her forehead bears a startling statement:
Amidst tribulation there awaits a violent end

She will be hated, left desolate and naked, then eaten and burnt
    (in that order)

You are absolutely amazing, I've been reading some of your works, and I am confident in saying I can only hope to piece my words together in such a fashion. You are a master at the craft and I think everyone has something to learn from your use of metaphors and obviously your amazing poetic style. Kudos to you!

your words always get under my skin.
    this piece is no exception...
this sounds so old testament prophetic like... the power behind the words and the choice of words leaves me feeling this has been a "repent and turn back to god" kinda warning...

it leaves a bad taste in my mouth and i think it was sposed to.

you personify babylon and mystery so well and i think that it is the personification of mystery that gives her her charm... that makes her the mystery she is...that makes men want to explore all she appears to have to offer...

the end... the tribulation and marked forhead and then the progression of whats to come... thats very heavy... very forthright... very potent.

your writing always leaves me floundering for words... i wish i could offer better comments...

Very graphic and unique, it actually makes me think of feminist who use their sex as a reason to say others treated them differently if they do not get what they want.

Very deep, philosophical-sounding. Im adding this to my favorites! What does the statement on her forehead mean? What is it? I dont think you developed what that was in the poem, but everything else was great.
