Loving

Clasp the hands of your friendly neighbour
breathe a sigh that he's there for you
joke and play little games with each other
appreciate the kindness that he brings

Hateful

watch his curtains, as he watches you
be distrustful of his every move
he's jealous of your peaceful family
feel good when he's gone away

  Fraaaaaaaaaaas: I think you should stretch this one out. It's good, but I think I want to here more about the lovely nuclear family and the greasy-palmed neighbout. I bet he has some weird things going on in his basement.

  short and sweet, it's got good imagery and tells exactly what you want it to. I like the way you've shown two opposite sides to the same story, it was a bit different to what I usually read but I enjoyed it. Keep it up
