earth, ashes and dust

beautiful people
gallons of booze
careless moments of heat
earth to earth

unbelievable music
pretty lil pills
a puff of smoke
ashes to ashes

wild chases
flashing lights
blaring sirens
dust to dust

Merry Meet Sanjhana. I liked this one. It actually reminded me of my drug addiction. (It's ok I have 9 years clean.) But I was impressed with the way you put your poem in 3 stanzas and got the point across. Not alot of poeple can do that. I know I can't do it very often. Good job. Blessed Be Andrea

  I too liked this idea
You spoke of how the day moves and the different chemicals and things we use to move forward in Life
One thing I have been thinking of a lot lately is why do we as humans always rush the day instead of sitting back and reflecting off of the beuty of the day
God Bless

And Thank You for the recent comments
Please know they help me grow as a writer

Yeah, a nice little idea you have here.

I like the trilogy way you've styled it, I'd also like to see a version using metaphors instead of the graphic descriptions, that would be interesting.

Well done, i liked this little piece.

be happy
