just wanting to see if it's good or not because this is not a dark poem and it's my first poem that is not of dark or death

    i look through the
    looking glass and
i see the waves of the sea
hit the rocks that you are
    standing on staring out as
if you are in deep thought
you look so amazing standing there
while the sea waves grow and
slam the rocks but the water
    never touches you like you
    are not really there.
it's a perfect sight as if someone
    magically painted this scene
that you are in.i see you everyday
standing there as if you are waiting
for something or someone i will always
be watching until you stop standing there.

good visualization here. who is the person you see here, is it a close friend? i think the poem ran on in places but you seem to have a vision here that you had to write

This is my first critique. This is the first poem I have read here. This is so strange, I feel I am that person you write of. Do I know you? Are you strange too? Thank you for thinking of me.
