36 degrees celcius at 2am, a sweltering dog of a night. The lawn needs a scare with the briggs and stratton. Ruthlessly audacious yet immensely funny. First things first, finish my Jacks and wait for ac/dc to finish. Noone sleeping now i guess. Gotta love the city. Gotta love the barking dogs.

sounds a lot like my 'hood! new neighbors moved in next door, young rappers who like to play the bass and rap REAL LOUD all night.. i've already had my party days and like a decent night's sleep, so this is frustrating.. we've had a few "chats" now and things seem to be easing up a bit.. as for the barking dogs, that just frustrates me no end. where are the owners? i have cats, thank God, and they don't get off on hearing themselves meow at the top of their lungs all night! hope you get some sleep! this is kinda funny until it keeps on going and going and going and you are 'bout to lose what sanity you have left! peace, ~Cat p.s. what is "brigss and stratton"?

I love this line, "Ruthlessly audacious yet immensely funny" It somehow stops the author from seeming to be just a stupid drunk jerk (which he may still be), but also adds a great sense of humour and semi-thoughtful commentary on what actually may be going through your neighbor's mind when he mows the lawn at 6am on a Sunday Morning.

I hated living in the city, HA! Always gotta be pleasant to the neighbors! Damn subdivisions! This was pretty funny to me, and the Briggs and Stratton was a nice addition. Very short and descriptive! Thanks for sharing!

This is really short and I don't really see it as funny. Maybe a bit sad. And I have no idea what stratton is? Is it a person maybe? Sorry, but I get confused easily ;
