    -------------------------------------------

When you feel a gentle breeze
    Caress you when you sigh
It's a hug sent from heaven
From a loved one way up high

If a soft and tender raindrop
    Lands upon your nose
    They've added a small kiss
    As fragile as a rose

If a song you hear fills you
With a feeling of sweet love
It's a hug sent from heaven
    From someone up above

If you awaken in the morning
    To a bluebird's chirping song
    It's music sent from heaven
To cheer you all day long

    If tiny little snowflakes
    Land upon your face
It's a hug sent from heaven
    Trimmed with angel lace

So keep the joy in your heart
If your lonely my dear friend
Hugs that are sent from heaven
    A broken heart will mend

You rock, if I can steal that from the "bad comment" section. But you do. The flow rocks, the words, the meaning, the emotion, the stanza's, the entire thing, from beginning to end. And it hits so much in my own life. Comforating words I wished I had years ago.

You're an amazing writer. Another fav. May I stalk you? LOL. I love that, that you can stalk people :) Anyway... Added you to my favs again! thank you

I like this, but I honestly think that your rhyming technique is holding you back. I think that your poetry could be even better if you broke out of your ABAB rhyme scheme and did free verse or even tried a different AB pattern of some sort. Try something new, just for a feel. I'm not telling you what to do, just an idea. But this poem did have an elegant feel to it, with the simplistic words you used. It was sweet and caring, so much unlike most of the poetry on this site, or any site for that matter. Nice job:)

I think this is my favorite one of yours yet! Rhyme scheme was pretty good too... the site says I'm supposed to critique on this site, but gosh, what's there to critique? Good style ;)
