to disintegrate and rot

I know what and how your feeling but listen and take this with you through life if you will to a 28 year old who has been there and done that...You don't need someone else to make you ok. It is vital to your life to surround yourself with people who care about you and will not let you get in the way of yourself..but at some point you have to do it yourself..I pray that you are healing in expressing this poem and That you can find somewhere inside of you that you really like and hold on with both hands you have got to have your own back...Your poem made me sad.You are not alone!
