me and my friend did this one

one one one one, two two two two.
As time keeps moving i feel like i am being left behind.
everytime i take a step forward life takes two.
Why cant i keep up?
I am falling behind!
As i move along, those that pass knock me down.
And time will walk all over me.
Time tears me down.
it pulls me into the ground.
But i will not go down without a fight!

pre chorus:
...One, Two, three, four, five, six...
(echos but starts from fade and works its way starting on the high to low numbers at the same time)
...six, five, four, three, two, one...

Time, passes me by, i am falling behind.
Time, walks all over me, showing me what i missed.
Time, one thing i cant get back.
Time, something that I hate.

Walk this path dont look back.
remember what your fighting for.
You carry this pack.
Looking for the door.
The one that will open up and be the light.
forever i must walk this path this rut it groes.
Time... Time... It holds me here!

pre chorus

I have failed...
I have picked the wrong door agin
I am doomed to walk this path again
I am... I am...
This rut grows...

honestly i would really just have to hear this with music...but without it i am saying that i am not that crazy about numbers as a chorus...but it may work like i said with music. i just think there should be more to it, because maybe numbers don't express what you are going for enough. But yeah I liked it...I really did.
