Until Our Fairer Returns -------------------------------------------
This place is no shield
It's not good nor evil
It's the world all around
The very thing which was first created
It binds us as one
Sharing that which we are
And only one can stand
For out true ownership
For most of us were stolen
Taken by the prince of darkness
Deceived by his servents
Possessed with a poison
That was consumed in a small drop
From a honey vine.
It's not over or finished for our Master
The One who can claim us all His
He proved his love and sacrifice
And with that sacrifice
He strives to win us back
He knocks at our door everyday
It's our choice to answer
If we do choose to do so
We must cling to His word
Cling to it as long and hard as we can
For as long as it takes
Believe in Him
Know Him
Trust Him
He will save you
This is our shield for now
Until our Fairer returns
This is a well written religious poem. I believe in God, but I don't believe in some of the Bible. So I put all my trust in God himself when I want his help or to know something. I have to say though I'm not very religious, but this was a good write. Continue you work!
