    dotsNot Fit For A Kingdots
    -------------------------------------------

I stood on the beach and watched you, the grains of sand I so desperately tried to grasp, running through my fingers with such a speed it made my mind reel. The waves pounded the shore and changed its every aspect as you, my love, you smoothed the stones within my soul and wore away at my every melancholy thought. The raging river that is you washed away my every fathomed delight and swept them farther downstream. My joy was ripped from myself and carried on your cautious currents to some cultured collection of clandestine counsellors.
My life, my love, and myself all belonged to you, and now are lost forever in the raging inferno of your undecided heart. Carried on the backs of some strange and foreign seagulls, I was brought to a land of new. The waters shimmered as the glint of the forever setting sun burned my eyes. No new day springs forth, and no day of old passed behind, as the sun seemed stalemate, setting above the lake. No bright moon would rise, and no shimmering stars would turn in the great and endless skies.
Seemingly stuck in the here and now forever and always, I yearned and burned to leave this place in pause and continue forward to some time of new. My bright eyes burned to pass the time, and their fire was not one to be extinguished so easily. I sat atop a tall palm as the people passed below me and noticed me not. The busy market buzzed with the murmur of the masked men on some mundane mission, but in the crass chaos, I spied the bright eyes of a beauty almost lost.
I waded through the waist deep waste of wild pagans and mighty muslims. I held my bride and kissed the pains from above her brow. Her forehead was sweet with the holy kisses bestowed by my fiery lips. Her soul dug down into my veins and swam with my blood to every fibre of my being. I shuddered as her being ran through my spine and shot to my brain. We became one and fell into a depression not worthy of a king, only to find apathy and anger. We fell far below the surface of the earth and continued crashing through the core until we found some sort of hellish creation not fit for the King. Nothing could ever be fit for the King. Not even I will ever be fit for my King.
