Memories Laid To Rest -------------------------------------------
Where men have died
Memories live to haunt those who survived
Memories that are dead
Lay among the graves
Where brave men lie
In spirit they returned
Returned to their homes
To say goodbye to those
They never will see again
And for those who were
Never allowed the known and honoured
burial given to their comrades in death
God take their souls and
Make them equals
Let them always be remembered
Dead, missing and living still
God let us all remember
What they lived and
Most died for
Let no man go as those
Before in the fateful
World Wars
And let no war ever
Again be as costly
