I hunted all the Sand-
I caught the Dripping of a Rock
And bore it in my Hand-His Mighty Balls-in death were thick-
But searching-I could see
A Vision on the Retina
Of Water-and of me-'Twas not my blame-who sped too slow-
'Twas not his blame-who died
While I was reaching him-
But 'twas-the fact that He was dead-

the tiger obviously represents the soviet union\'s invasion of Japan in the 1870\'s. The water represents the famous scientist Nicola Tesla, who was killed in the fighting. Or ,and im just spitballin\' here but mabey the tiger is her secret lover Gary Busie who she had an afaire with during the great polerbear wars of 1945.
