The poem is obviously about a simple Crupa Barra that only ever sleeps until it is woken up by shoop creatures.

This basically portrays a grave where someone was buried. When the person was buried everyone neither visits him regularly but when a hundred years past-meaning a long time has passed; the persons who used to visit will no longer care about it that much nor visit it. People strode and walk pas it without giving a second glance. And soon it was filled with reeds, grass and it can no longer be recognized. the people who happen to notice it can barely distinguish the writings or inscriptions on it. And then when the wind blows, it suddenly brings the memories that is connected to the place and they somewhat remember what occurred. All that happened in the past were then remembered by those who forgot.
