Phantom Analysis

Author: Poetry of Samuel Taylor Coleridge Type: Poetry Views: 736

All look and likeness caught from earth
All accident of kin and birth,
Had pass'd away. There was no trace
Of aught on that illumined face,
Uprais'd beneath the rifted stone
But of one spirit all her own ;--
She, she herself, and only she,
Shone through her body visibly.

.: :.

There is an End Rhyme scheme: A, A, B, B, C, C, D, D
There are 2 metaphors (really aren't hard to find)
There are two cases of enjambment (Uprais'd and pass'd)
The first line is a tetrameter
The second line is a trimeter
The third line is a tetrameter
The fourth line is a dimeter
The fifth line is a tetrameter
The sixth line is a tetrameter
and the seventh line is a trimeter
What else is there to write besides that it's my favorite poem?
